1. Introduction
meridianesds ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights in respect of it.
This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website at meridianesds.pro, through session bookings, and through correspondence with meridianesds.
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Data We Collect
Information you provide directly:

- Message content submitted through the contact form
- Scheduling information for booked sessions
Information collected automatically:
- Cookie data and analytics (subject to your consent — see our Cookie Policy)
- General website usage data via analytics tools, if consented
We do not collect or retain any documents brought to sessions without your explicit written consent. All documents handled during sessions are returned to you at the end of the appointment.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data only for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact form

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under Thailand's PDPA, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for analytics cookies and optional communications
- Contract performance — to respond to enquiries and confirm bookings
- Legitimate interests — for internal records and service improvement, where it does not override your rights
5. Data Retention
Enquiry and session booking records are retained for a maximum of three years from the date of last contact. After this period, personal data is deleted from our systems unless a longer retention period is required by Thai law.
Analytics data collected via cookies is retained for up to 26 months, in line with standard practice for the analytics tools we use.
6. Data Sharing
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers — such as email hosting and scheduling tools, under data processing agreements
- Analytics providers — only if you have consented to analytics cookies
- Authorities — if required to do so by Thai law
We do not share personal data with any party for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include access controls, secure email handling, and periodic review of our data practices.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the timeframes required under the PDPA.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. For a full explanation of the cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy.
