1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the meridianesds website at meridianesds.pro and any sessions or services you arrange with us. By accessing this website or booking a session, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.

meridianesds is a document organisation and general information service. We are not a financial adviser, pension consultant, legal practitioner, or regulated professional service of any kind. Nothing we provide constitutes advice about your individual circumstances.

2. Nature of Our Services

meridianesds offers three session types:

• Starter Filing Session — physical document sorting and folder organisation only.
• How-It-Works Information Session — general, educational overview of how retirement and pension systems are commonly structured and where official information may be found.
• Organise & Signpost Programme — document organisation paired with a written reference list of relevant official offices and helplines.

All sessions are educational and organisational. We do not review your personal entitlements, make calculations on your behalf, represent you to any authority, or advise you on any financial or legal decision. Where official guidance or professional input is appropriate, we will point you toward the relevant bodies and you remain entirely responsible for any action you choose to take.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have received payment in full or an agreed deposit, depending on the session type. Prices are as stated on our website at the time of booking and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Prices may change from time to time; any change will not affect a booking already confirmed.

Payment methods and timing will be confirmed with you directly at the point of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 5 business days before the session: full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• 3–5 business days before the session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Fewer than 3 business days before the session: no refund, but one reschedule may be arranged at our discretion.

If meridianesds needs to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date, at your choice.

5. Your Responsibilities

To make the most of your session, you agree to:

• Bring the documents you wish to have organised, where applicable.
• Attend the session at the agreed time and location or via the agreed remote channel.
• Understand that you are receiving general information and organisational support, not personal advice.
• Verify any information independently and contact the relevant official authorities for guidance specific to your situation.

6. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to keep the general information we share current and accurate. However, pension and retirement arrangements change over time, and the information provided during sessions reflects our general understanding at the time of the session. We cannot ensure that information remains accurate after your session date, and we recommend verifying any details directly with official sources before acting on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, meridianesds's total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or the information provided, including any decisions you make after a session.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, and reference materials produced for you, remains the property of meridianesds or its content suppliers. You may use reference materials we produce for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for general information purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. We reserve the right to withdraw or change any part of the website without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
